This site is run by Moral Minority LLC, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Here's what I collect, why, and what I do with it.

I don't sell your data. I don't trade it. It's not that kind of operation.

What I collect

When you fill out the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and phone number. I use that to respond to you. That's it.

When you sign up for a membership, session, or retreat, your payment and booking information is handled by OfferingTree. I don't store your payment details. You can read their privacy policy at offeringtree.com/privacy_policy.

Cookies and tracking

This site is hosted on OfferingTree, which may use cookies for basic site functionality and analytics. I don't run separate ad tracking or third-party marketing pixels.

Email list

If you sign up for emails, I use your address to send you things about Writing With Mermaids: sessions, retreats, the occasional love letter. You can unsubscribe any time. Every email has a link to do that.

Your rights

You can ask me what information I have about you, request that I delete it, or just ask questions. I'll respond as quickly as I can.

If you're based in the European Union, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Legal basis for processing: I process your data on the basis of your consent (email sign-ups) and legitimate interest (responding to contact form inquiries). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Data retention: I keep contact form submissions unless you tell me not to. Email list subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.

International data transfers: This site is operated from the United States. My platform provider, OfferingTree, is also US-based. If you're in the EU, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US.

Your GDPR rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email me at compliance@pollysuperstar.com.

Supervisory authority: You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local EU data protection authority if you believe your data has been handled improperly.
