1 Hour Writing Doula Session

Nobody finishes a book alone. Every writer you admire had a team. Doing it alone isn't just hard, it's impossible. You get lost in the weeds. You can't hold the whole thing in your head at once. It feels overwhelming, and you just want to shove it in a drawer and give up.

I know because I did the same thing. I learned how to write a book by writing a book. I learned how to finish by finishing. The key was getting support, bouncing ideas off other writers, working with an editor, and spending long, painful, tear-soaked hours in hot springs feeling like I wasn't good enough.

Here's what we do

A session starts with a check-in. Then I ask you questions. The ones you already know the answers to. You just needed somebody to ask. I help you breathe when it's hard. I'm a person to bounce ideas off, to point you toward resources, to sit with you in the hard part.

When you're so deep in it you can't see anything clearly, I help you find where your foot goes next. Not the whole path. Just the next step. And we keep moving like that.

I'm not there to give you craft advice. I'm not there to push you. I'm there to help you hear yourself.

The Committed Writer Membership. is $97/month. One doula session every month plus unlimited online writing sessions and Discord community access. Sessions roll over.

Single session: $150, or $100 sliding scale for fixed or low income.
