If you’re a writer who has struggled to find writing community where you don’t feel othered or shamed for your orientation, expression, identity, or lifestyle, I can relate.
This network of care can hold and support us, allowing our voices to be heard. Our words have power. It’s important that we are not silenced.

As your writing doula, I will be there for practical advice and to help you breathe, hold your hand, and make the emotional process of birthing your creativity a little easier.

Private classes can be scheduled for convenience and tailored to your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Feel free to bring up to two guests with you at no extra charge. With a focus on injury prevention and mental health, my yoga classes are one hour of slow-paced, intentional vinyasa. You will be challenged, but with mindfulness and awareness. This mind-body-spirit, holistic practice is the kind of yoga I love to practice and I look forward to sharing it with you. I have a 200hr RYT certification from Yoga Alliance.
One-on-one or with a few chosen friends, this fully customized half-day retreat is the perfect antidote to your busy life. In just a few hours, everything can shift.

This private half-day retreat is designed to help you breathe, make, and remember—who you are, what you want to say, and why your voice matters.
You don’t need to be “an artist” or “a writer.” You just need a desire to connect with your creativity in a gentle, embodied, judgment-free space.
This 4.5-hour session is totally yours. You can share it with friends (up to six people) or come alone. We are on your schedule and vibe. Perhaps you'd like to explore the majestic natural surroundings of Las Vegas? Or come enjoy the hot tub, pool, cozy nooks and yoga studio at my place? I can even come to you. We begin with a grounding breath and then move into a guided exploration of memory, image, and expression.

Softly enter the creative flow through simple, trauma-informed breathwork and imaginative journeying.
Collage, draw, vision board, dance, sing, be. Find space for your creativity to flow. Together, we will explore what wants to be expressed.
