Writing With Mermaids is not your typical writing community. It's where we breathe and write in spaces that hold the full spectrum of our identities. It's a place for us to be messy, magical, and uncensored.

You have three ways to write with us this season:

When: Today, 5:30–7:30 pm (Pacific Time)

Where: Online (link sent with registration)

Cost: $20 Drop in, $25 unlimited monthly sessions. Scholarships available.

Take two hours to dedicate time to your creative practice. Everyone is welcome, and writers from LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, kinky, neurodivergent, and sex work communities are safe here. We begin with grounding and visualization, write together in silence, and offer the option to share in a gentle, affirming space.

This is where words rise up and truths take shape.

🌴 Summer Retreat: Las Vegas, August 23–24

Two Days of Soaking, Writing, and Reclaiming Your Voice

We'll gather in a private desert oasis with a hot tub, pool, and lush gardens. You'll be guided into your writing through breath, ritual, and water. No critique, no pressure, just pure creative flow.

Sliding Scale: $275–$375 Scholarships available Vegetarian meals included.

♨️ Fall Retreat: Harbin Hot Springs, October 10–12

Nestled in the healing waters of Harbin, this weekend-long retreat is for those ready to submerge even deeper. This magical hot spring is the place where I discovered my method of soaking and writing (and soaking and writing.) Please join me as we immerse ourselves in writing at my favorite hot spring.
