It's short notice, but I wanted to do these this week. I put two on the calendar. Please register ASAP if you want to come!
Join me for a 75 minute nervous system reset for the New Year. We start with gentle yoga combined with intuitive movement, then move into yin yoga, gently befriending the nervous system. A calming, soothing exhale for the body/mind/spirit. Finishing with a sound healing and yoga nidra (yogic rest)
Bring a mat & water. Dress for movement but also be cozy!
